A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Raised in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith and accepted Jesus Christ at the age of 15. He came to know the fullness of the Holy Spirit and the true life changing power of the Word of God while in the Marine Corps stationed in Hawaii. He joined The City of Refuge Christian Church under Dr. Wayne E. Anderson of Waipahu, Hawaii. Becoming a Christian Counselor, working with newly saved men. While deployed in Operation Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Earl worked closely with the Chaplain of 7th Engineer Battalion, praying, counseling Marines and fellowshipping with other believers during War.
In 2013 under the leadership of Bishop Eric Ellis ,Pastor and Founder of Philippian Community Church of North Carolina now New Restoration Outreach Christian Center, he was ordained an Elder. He continued to lead the men's ministry and teach the Word of God. Over a 3 year period, Earl and his wife Zandra lived in Virginia and drove to Raleigh, North Carolina to hear the Word of God and spiritually grow under Bishop Eric Ellis (s) teaching, preaching and leadership. He began to hear the voice of the Lord in developing mighty men for the purpose of the Kingdom of God. His vision of establishing a cross denominational fellowship of men’s ministries across different churches was manifested in the United Men’s Fellowship (UMF) under Zion church. The UMF became an organization of men of God to support the community by revealing the heart of Christ. In November 2017 named the “Mighty 300”, starting with nothing, the UMF fed over 300 hundred families in an area from Manassas to Richmond a collaboration of 8 different ministries.
God spoke to him that 2018 would be an explosive year with outpouring! God spoke that his people hunger for the Word of God. He told God, Whatever you want me to do Lord I will do. And Just as Abram was called out, God called him to do the work of the Kingdom. Through the direction of the Holy Spirit, thence begin the birth of New Restoration Outreach Church of Fredericksburg.
Pastor Earl Richardson served as a member of the United States Marine Corps where he served over 23 years of active duty service. He served as an Infantry Officer with two combat tours in two different wars, 1st Gulf War and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Pastor Earl Retired as a Major in United States Marine Corps with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Master’s of Science in Operations Research.
Pastor Earl and his lovely wife Zandra have one beautiful Daughter, Zandra Zoe Richardson. Pastor Earl has three beautiful children Brianna Richardson, Devon Richardson, and Kiana Richardson.
